Living an active and adventurous life has allowed me to do so many cool things in my life, however I have never been able to capture those moments. So, I decided to purchase a GoPro to capture future experiences! One of the main reasons why I got it is because of its versatility.

I have been able to use it several times now for recreational use, but now I wonder how it can be use as an educational tool?

I was able to find this blog post. In short, the GoPro is used to record students and then that recording is used for assessmen. This could be most useful when assessing students’ movements such as in a PE class, or students’ performances in drama.

I think that the GoPro can provide several points of views that can be useful for teachers. For example, a science teacher could use the GoPro to record chemistry experiments. The footage can be used by students to see the chemical reaction occur again, and can even watch it in slow motion. Students who may not have been present for the lab can also view the footage.

I am curious about your thoughts on how you could use a GoPro for educational purposes, so please comment below if you have any!
